It produces excess sebum which makes the skin shiny. People with oily skin tend to have acne,blemishes,white heads ,enlarged pores but may tend to have less wrinkles.Oily skin can be identified by the T-zone,Nose and Chin.

 

Dry Skin

This type of skin produces less natural oil than other skin types. This may cause it to appear dull,and become rough or even scaly. It often feels tighter and less elastic, noticeably dehydrated and may be prone to show lines. Sometimes the skin can be irritated or itchy. Dry skin can be identified when the whole face is dry and tight.

Combination Skin :

This skin type includes skin that are oily in some places and dry or normal on other places. Commonly, the T-zone being oily and the cheeks being dry or normal. Sometimes this skin can be as a result of the change in weather or stress or hormonal fluctuations. Effective cleansing and hydration are key to care for skin that are oily or dry on some places.

Sensitive Skin:

This skin type is often not considered because you can have dry sensitive skin, oily sensitive skin or normal sensitive skin. If you have a sensitive skin, it may appear red, itchy or burning feeling. These symptoms may vary due to some ingredients as well as environmental factors.

Normal Skin:

This is a balanced feeling, it’s neither too dry or too oily. This skin type is not prone to breakouts,flakiness,tightness or feeling greasy. People with normal skin typically have pores that are small.
